Abstract
This study explores the factors influencing employee engagement among educators in Ni-zamabad district's educational institutions. Employing a quantitative approach, data was col-lected from 200 educators and analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, and multiple regression tech-niques. The findings reveal that employee engagement significantly varies with age, experi-ence, and institutional type. Key predictors of engagement include job characteristics, career development opportunities, and leadership communication. Qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews further support these findings, emphasizing collaboration, inclusivity, and workload management. This article proposes targeted strategies to foster a more engaged and resilient teaching workforce.
