Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing employee engagement among educators in Nizamabad district's educational institutions. Employing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 200 educators and analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, and multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal that employee engagement significantly varies with age, experience, and institutional type. Key predictors of engagement include job characteristics, career development opportunities, and leadership communication. Qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews further support these findings, emphasizing collaboration, inclusivity, and workload management. This article proposes targeted strategies to foster a more engaged and resilient teaching workforce.
